Job description

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a Financial Management Analyst (Title 32) (Indefinite), Position Description Number D2371P01 and is part of the VA USPFO, National Guard.

WHO CAN APPLY

GROUP I - All qualified Male/Female Enlisted Members (E4/SPC - E9/SGM), Warrant Officers (W1/WO1 - W5/CW5, or Commissioned Officers (O1/2LT - O2/1LT) currently employed (permanent) in the Virginia Army National Guard Military Technician Program. Military Grades: Enlisted Member (E4/SPC - E9/SGM), Warrant Officer (W1/WO1 - W5/CW5, or Commissioned Officer (O1/2LT - O2/1LT)

GENERAL EXPERIENCE

Applicants must have experience collecting and analyzing data effectively, efficiently, and accurately.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

Applicants must have at least 12 months of specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the GS-7 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. This experience must include activities such as:

• Experience preparing reports and presentation formats.
• Experience managing administrative fiscal, financial management, in an accounting or budgetary nature.
