The Management Analyst serves as the principal advisor on manpower, organizational structure, and resource alignment within the Project Office. The incumbent is responsible for managing the Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA), coordinating across acquisition and financial management functions, and ensuring compliance with Department of the Army laws, regulations, directives, and policies. The analyst plays a key role in aligning manpower and funding to support organizational missions and senior leader decision-making.
Full Time - Onsite
Reviews organizational processes, programs, and systems for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, directives, and policies. Recommends corrective actions and implements improvements as required.
General knowledge of SETA contracts, personnel and funding, and Army guidance compliance.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with all levels of an organization to include senior military and government civilian personnel.
