Job summary

COMNAVSPECWARDEVGRU seeks a Program Analyst in the POM Budget and Logistics Division to manage the NSWDG Investment POM and coordinate budget justification and defense. You will develop program analyses, align resources with capability needs, and present complex financial data to leadership.

You will also act as the designated CDD Program Coordinator for the Government Purchase Card (GPC) program and deliver status-of-funds reports and cost-benefit analyses to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Budget formulation and annual budget management for NSWDG Investment POM.
• Coordinate preparation, presentation, justification, and defense of the POM.
• Direct financial planning across capability areas aligning operational needs with resources.
• Develop program analysis from in-depth budget analysis, long-range projections, and requirements.
• Represent the command at flag-level reviews, IPTs, and ICTs presenting financial data.
