Job summary

Octopus Energy UK is seeking a qualified chartered accountant to own monthly management reporting, prepare year-end financial statements and VAT returns, and lead the assurance engagement for the ECO scheme. You will also manage the transition to dormant entity accounts.

Work remotely with occasional travel to London, joining a fast-growing and values-led energy group that emphasises autonomy and clear financial insights.

Qualifications

• Qualified chartered accountant with ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards (FRS 102).
• Proficient in Excel for complex data analysis and clear communication of financial information.
