The Opportunity
As part of the Finance Consulting team you lead efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in finance through strategic outsourcing and technology integration. As a Director, you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions while overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations. This role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders, while upholding PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Finance & Technology, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Banking and Insurance, or Data Processing/Analytics/Science preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or CFA preferred
- Demonstrating thought leader-level abilities in finance efficiency
- Understanding key finance cycles and technologies
- Familiarity with cloud ERP platforms and financial systems
- Utilizing small automation and business intelligence tools
- Developing strategy and managing complex projects
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Leading teams to foster trust and innovation

The salary range for this position is: $142,500 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
