Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Epic Systems Analyst to design and implement modifications to Epic applications, collaborating with stakeholders and Epic representatives to gather and assess requirements for new initiatives. You will lead efforts to improve healthcare workflows and deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Master's Degree preferred in Health Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience leading project management initiatives.
  • Advanced knowledge of Epic and US healthcare workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Mentoring and developing team members.
  • Experience managing multiple broad-scope projects.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams on change management.
  • Knowledge of patient care databases and financial applications.

  • Mentoring and developing team members effectively.
