Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet CRM sales and customer service goals. Clinical Specialists are expected to be in their territory daily, available for unscheduled needs, and work some weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

Technical Support

• Complete CRM Field Technical Training
• Perform system checks and interrogations
• Support implant procedures
• Provide on-call troubleshooting

Operational Support

• Complete patient registration and documentation
• Manage inventory and software updates

Educational Support

• Educate and train healthcare staff
• Assist in training new specialists and sales reps

Sales Support

• Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs
• Assist in obtaining customer POs and understanding market landscape

Technical Development

• Stay updated on new products and complete training

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma + 6 years healthcare or related experience, OR
• Associate’s Degree + 4 years experience, OR
• Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and device industry
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and Salesforce

Physical Requirements

• Travel to customer sites (~10%)
• Frequent lifting, standing, walking, and use of hands
• Ability to drive within territory
