Managed Print Services Sales Specialist

Sharp Business Systems - Santee, CA (Greater San Diego Area)

Reporting to the Branch General Sales Manager, the Managed Print Sales Specialist is responsible for assisting with the running of the MPS program for a Sharp Business Systems branch.

Responsibilities

• Sell the MPS program (concept, Print Audit – no hardware)
• Meet with C‑Level prospects to identify MPS objectives and strategize implementation, advancing the sales cycle
• Conduct site walkthroughs and interview customers and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Analyze information from interviews and walkthroughs and offer product mix and placement suggestions to the sales manager and/or client
• Enter data from Print Audit into Compass/NextGen
• Generate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of existing fleet
• Train new customers on print audit products FM and PA6
• Analyze clients’ print‑related costs to establish benchmark metrics for MPS cost savings
• Create client‑specific MFP user rules to modify user behavior for maximum efficiency and cost savings
• Work with customers to create automated reports on print usage for internal use
• Review monthly meter/data for accuracy
• Collaborate with sales reps and sales managers to review quarterly reports for refresh or upgrade opportunities
