We're a rapidly growing IT services firm based in the heart of Texas with clients across the U.S. and internationally. Our team is energetic, forward-thinking, and passionate about delivering great service-and we're looking for individuals who share that same drive.
Location: San Antonio, TX
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (with flexibility for after-hours/project work)
As a key member of our IT team, you'll play a central role in managing and improving digital communication systems, supporting network infrastructure, and leading technical initiatives that help our clients and internal teams succeed.
Core Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, wireless).
Lead integration of technology solutions for both commercial and public-sector clients.
Protect networks from cyber threats and implement proactive security measures.
Support staff with day-to-day technical issues and provide expert guidance.
Evaluate system performance and recommend network improvements.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners for optimized service delivery.
Serve as an escalation point for the Support Desk and mentor junior tech staff.
Architect and deploy network solutions aligned with project goals.
Maintain and update technical certifications relevant to networking and security.
Required:
Experience with VOIP, and managing both physical and virtual server environments.
Preferred:
Able to sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Occasional travel for company events or client needs.
Regular use of computers, phones, and other office equipment.
