Job description

Do you love working with client users, enjoy working on many different types of tasks and are conscientious about ticketing and documentation too? Would you like a telecommute, remote support role with opportunity to grow? Are you self-motivated with excellent customer and communication skills, and highly organized?

Do you have experience ...

  • Responding to user requests for technical assistance via phone and email?
  • Working with Microsoft cloud solutions for business?
  • Diagnosing and resolving workstation and server hardware and software issues?
  • Performing basic, routine server maintenance tasks, including backup/recovery testing, patch management, anti-malware cleanup, and server log review on Microsoft servers?
  • Identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention?
  • Logging and tracking all help desk interactions into ticketing system?
  • Completing projects related to workstation and server configuration as assigned?
  • Creating documentation for internal standards and end-users?
  • Following standard procedures?

Do you have ...

  • 5+ years experience in customer-facing support with Windows desktops?
  • 5+ years working with Windows servers, AD and Azure management?
  • Outstanding ability to work with customers, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions?
  • Experience with ticketing systems?
  • Ability to time-manage and meet deadlines?
  • High integrity and consider confidentiality important?
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills?

  • Able to routinely multitask?
  • Able to solve almost any problem, even if it hasn't been seen before?
  • Thriving in fast-paced environments with a sense of urgency?

  • Located in the United States? Very strong preference will be given to candidates in NJ or Denver CO.
