• 3–7 years of general litigation/arbitration experience, including brief writing, legal research and analysis, and oral argument.
• Background in managed care litigation is preferred, including provider contract/billing disputes, medical necessity, level of care, and coordination of benefits.
• Must be licensed to practice in New York; additional bar licenses (NJ/CT/PA) are a plus.
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills; law clerk internships, moot court or law review/journal preferred.
