Job summary

New York Home Care, in partnership with Talent Legal Recruiters, seeks a Medical Malpractice Litigation Associate for a top law firm in Manhattan. This position will allow you to work remotely from home in addition to in the office.

This is a VERY hands on position in which you will be taking depositions and arguing motions in court as well as other daily activities. Requirements include at least 3 years of medical malpractice litigation experience (plaintiff or defense), deposition experience,

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of medical malpractice litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).
• Experience taking depositions.
• Experience arguing motions in court.
• Strong writing skills.
• Trial experience as first or second chair is preferred with trial preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Take depositions and argue motions in court as part of daily activities.
• Manage ongoing medical malpractice cases and related filings.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to advance litigation strategy.
