Ladders is seeking a Managed Care Contracting and Performance Advisor to advance contracting strategy, strengthen payer relationships, and improve reimbursement performance in a remote, healthcare-focused environment.

The advisor will partner across operational, financial, and revenue cycle stakeholders to evaluate contract terms, execute negotiations, and support the implementation of new or amended agreements. Success is measured by improved contract outcomes and clear performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6–8 years of relevant experience or AA degree with 8–10 years in healthcare.
• Experience in healthcare provider settings, managed care, or revenue cycle roles.
• Strong understanding of managed care reimbursement methodologies and contract language.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with commercial and government health plans.
• Advanced analytical skills including financial modeling and reimbursement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of managed care contracts to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic negotiation plans for various payer types.
• Coordinate implementation activities for new or amended managed care agreements.

This role will focus on advancing managed care contracting strategy, strengthening payer relationships, and improving reimbursement performance within a healthcare-oriented environment.

The advisor will partner across operational, finance, and revenue cycle stakeholders to evaluate contract terms, execute negotiations, and support the implementation of new or amended agreements.

Success in this role will be measured by the ability to identify growth opportunities, improve contract outcomes, and establish clear performance metrics that support organizational objectives.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $113,000 – $188,000 annually
