The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to complex corporate transactions in collaboration with antitrust, corporate, and private equity teams. This is a non-litigation role ideal for attorneys with early career experience in antitrust and M&A regulatory compliance.

Duties:

Assess HSR reportability for corporate transactions

Prepare and manage the submission of HSR filings

Coordinate closely with clients, corporate counsel, and opposing counsel

Collaborate with European legal teams on global merger control compliance

Support antitrust, corporate, and private equity deal teams

Contribute to the analysis of competitor transactions from an antitrust perspective

Assist with Second Request responses and general antitrust counseling

Participate in ongoing training provided by senior team members and partners

Requirements:

1–4 years of experience in antitrust or competition-related M&A clearance

Familiarity with the HSR Act and merger control processes

Experience in regulatory/corporate M&A or with private equity clients (preferred)

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively across teams

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Active membership in good standing with the bar of at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Skills:

Strong legal drafting and communication skills

Proficiency in antitrust regulatory frameworks and compliance procedures

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
