This role focuses on regulatory antitrust matters related to M&A transactions, including Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act compliance and coordination of global merger control filings. The position offers the opportunity to support high-profile antitrust, corporate, and private equity transactions while working closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.

Duties:
Assess HSR reportability for domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
Prepare HSR filings and manage the end-to-end filing process
Coordinate with corporate deal teams, clients, and opposing counsel on HSR and regulatory filings
Liaise with European-based teams on international merger control filings
Provide antitrust regulatory support to corporate and private equity deal teams
Assist in Second Request responses, competitor transaction reviews, and general antitrust counseling
Work closely with senior attorneys to ensure compliance with U.S. and global merger control laws
Requirements:
3 to 9 years of antitrust/competition law experience focused on M&A clearance
Familiarity with HSR regulations and merger control filing procedures
Experience advising private equity clients and supporting transactional teams preferred
Background in regulatory, corporate M&A, or government agency work is a plus
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
Strong academic credentials required
Certifications:
Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Skills:
Excellent drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
Strong communication abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage complex filings and deadlines across multiple jurisdictions
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within deal teams
Strong interest in antitrust regulatory work (non-litigation)
