Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Breast and X-Ray Center seeks a Mammography Technologist to provide safe, high‑quality imaging and patient support. This role offers a full‑time schedule, Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm, with sign-on bonus eligibility and potential relocation assistance.

The candidate will perform mammography exams, ensure privacy, document results in PACS/RIS, and collaborate with a fast-paced imaging team while upholding Safety and QA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
• 1 year of Radiologic Technologist experience required.
• 1 year of mammography experience in a hospital preferred.
• ARRT-R and ARRT-M certifications; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography exams per physician order and protocol.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort during imaging.
• Review images for quality and accuracy; document findings in PACS/RIS.
