Job summary

OptumCare in Mill Creek and Everett seeks a radiologic technologist specializing in digital mammography to perform high-quality mammograms and ensure patient safety. You will follow ARRT protocols, explain procedures, and maintain equipment in a busy clinic setting.

The role requires ARRT certification (Mammography) and a WA license with eligibility if not yet issued. The position offers comprehensive benefits, equity stock purchase options, and a 401k plan, with hourly pay between $40 and $60

Qualifications

• Completion of an imaging technology course approved by ARRT.
• Active ARRT certification and board certification or eligibility in Mammography (must obtain within 1 year).
• WA state license or pending application.

Responsibilities

• Consistently performs high-quality digital mammograms.
• Follows established protocols based on patient needs and exam.
• Explains procedures and observes patients to ensure safety and comfort.
• Uses radiation safety measures and protection devices per government regulations.
• Evaluates images for technical quality.
• Maintains cleanliness of mammography equipment per infection control policies.
