University Health is seeking a Mammography Technologist (PRN) for the UH Truman Medical Center imaging team in Kansas City, MO. The role supports patient-focused breast imaging and collaborates with the Lead Interpreting Physician to ensure high-quality mammography and regulatory adherence.

The position requires ARRT certification, MQSA CE compliance, and the ability to travel between University Health locations. Part-time, varied shifts with 4 hours per week support a dynamic imaging service.

Competenze

• ARRT certification required.
• MQSA continuing education compliance expected.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with imaging systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist patients safely.
• Willingness to travel to multiple University Health locations as needed.

Mansioni

• Perform high-quality mammographic imaging following ACR and department protocols.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, including MQSA EQUIP.
• Collaborate with the Lead Interpreting Physician and imaging team to maintain regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Assist with training and evaluation of new mammography staff.
• Support additional imaging modalities at assigned locations as needed.
