Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Mammography Technologist to perform high-quality imaging with precision and compassion. You will operate equipment, position patients, ensure comfort, and maintain records while collaborating with radiologists and following safety standards.

Successful candidates will hold current mammography certification, demonstrate technical excellence, attention to detail, and a compassionate demeanor to support accurate diagnostics and positive patient

Qualifications

Washington State License as a Radiologic Technologist.
ARRT Mammography Certification.
Minimum 1 year experience in Diagnostic Radiology (or 2 years as VM student tech).
24 hours of continuing medical education every 2 years.
CPR license renewed every 2 years.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology.
Strong organizational skills.
Willingness to grow with technological changes in the field.
Ability to manage stressful situations, attend to multiple tasks, work independently and be versatile and flexible.
High school diploma or GED.
