• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist Program

Responsibilities

• Maintains patient safety throughout the imaging process from screening to post-procedure care.
• Produces diagnostic-quality mammography images using approved protocols.
• Applies professional judgment to optimize image quality and address imaging challenges.
• Reviews images prior to exam completion and initiates corrective action when needed.
• Administers contrast per policy, including screening for contraindications and monitoring.
• Operates imaging equipment and maintains imaging room readiness.
• Coordinates exam flow and prioritizes time-sensitive studies.
• Maintains documentation in medical records and image archive system.
