Job summary

Northwestern Medicine Oak Brook is seeking a Mammography Technologist – Procedures to join our full-time, days team. You will perform screening and diagnostic breast imaging, including mammography and DEXA scans, and assist with stereotactic breast biopsies and localizations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist Program.
• ARRT Mammography (M) certification.
• BLS certification.
• Two years mammography experience (preferred).
• Additional languages (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs screening and diagnostic breast health center procedures, including mammography and DEXA scans.
• Maintains patient safety and image quality throughout the imaging process.
• Prepare rooms, equipment and supplies for procedures and assist with biopsies as needed.
• Coordinate exam flow, document results, and ensure accurate charging and archiving.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new team members.
