Job summary

Advocate Health in Illinois is seeking a Mammography Technologist within Radiology. This full-time role, 32 hours per week, includes first shift with some evenings and rotating weekends/holidays, and pay range $33.05–$49.60 per hour.

You will perform mammography procedures, ensure image quality, maintain safety standards, and keep certifications current (ARRT Mammography and Radiology, IDNS licensure).

Qualifications

• Maintains current ARRT mammography and radiology certification and IDNS licensure.

Responsibilities

• Determines appropriate Mammography technique and position for patients; operates mammography/radiographic equipment; ensures quality films for radiologists.
• Maintains patient safety, shielding, and department standards; manages patient flow and documentation; participates in quality control per ARRT guidelines.
