Onsite Women's Health is dedicated to improving women's healthcare by providing comprehensive mammography services with clinical expertise, innovative technology, and proprietary protocols that deliver personalized, convenient breast care.

Convenience drives compliance, and compliance saves lives. Offering mammography within primary care or OB/GYN practices and scheduling appointments alongside annual exams makes breast care more accessible and encourages compliance.

The Opportunity

The OWH program makes breast cancer screening more convenient for women. If you prefer a Mon - Fri schedule, working independently, and making an impact on patient care, this role is ideal for you. We use the latest 3D tomosynthesis digital mammography equipment in an OB/Gyn office environment. Join us if you are an experienced mammographer with a patient-centric approach!

Candidate Requirements:

• Up-to-date CME credits
• Patient-centric, compassionate, and computer-savvy
• Ability to perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures
• Flexible and able to multi-task
• Willing to work a flexible part-time schedule

Responsibilities:

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms for breast cancer detection
• Ensure the success of mammography services in the practice
• Assist in scheduling and patient preparation
• Explain procedures to reduce patient anxiety
• Position equipment and adjust controls for optimal imaging
• Practice radiation safety and protection techniques
• Maintain equipment and perform QA testing to comply with regulations
• Examine digital images for quality and ensure proper documentation
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Participate in professional development and maintain affiliations
• Assist with QA/QC reporting and ensure compliance with MQSA and state regulations
• Obtain and maintain ACR accreditation

Experience & License:

• Minimum 2 years mammography experience required
• ARRT certification required
