Qualifications

• Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a 2-year Radiologic Technology Program from an accredited school.
• Current and valid Florida State License (CRT).
• Current and valid Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) registry and Mammography (M) registry.
• Basic Life Support BLS through the American Heart Association (CPR).

Responsibilities

• Explains procedures to patients to reduce anxieties.
• Positions patients for optimum imaging results.
• Processes radiologic digital images and checks for quality.
