This position requires performing a variety of radiological technical procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in a high-volume outpatient setting. The technician will produce high-quality radiographic images and interact with patients in a caring and comforting manner. Jointly responsible for performing required quality control activities as mandated by the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) and the FDA. Depending on location, may also utilize general radiography skills to perform diagnostic radiology exams.
