Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a mammography technologist.

Responsibilities

• Plan imaging procedures based on patient needs.
• Develop skills across all exams within job scope.
• Maintain anatomy/physiology knowledge for imaging.
• Position and compress patient for mammography.
• Minimize radiation exposure with proper shielding/exposure factors.
• Evaluate images for protocol adherence and quality.
• Educate patients about procedures and safety.
