Qualifications

• Graduate of School of Radiologic Technology.
• New graduates welcome; two years of experience preferred.
• AART Radiography certification and Wisconsin license required.
• BLS certification and basic terminology knowledge are expected.

Responsibilities

• Performs screening and diagnostic mammography exams in accordance with MQSA, ACR, and facility protocols.
• Educates patients about the mammography process, compression techniques, and follow-up expectations.
• Positions patients accurately to obtain diagnostic images while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintains radiation safety and infection control standards; uses PACS and RIS for documentation.
• Supports scheduling, patient intake, chart prep, and image retrieval as workflow allows.
