Qualifications

• Mammography Tech National Certificate required or preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in radiology preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Mammographic unit to image the breasts under physician direction.
• Explain the procedure to the patient, and adjust imaging equipment for quality.
• Carry out additional duties within the mammography technologist scope.
