You Will:

• Operate mammographic and related equipment following company policies and protocols.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images efficiently while ensuring excellent patient care.
• Adjust equipment settings such as compression, exposure modes, KvP, Mas, grid, focal spot, AEC, and photo cell to optimize image quality.
• Monitor patients' well-being during exams, recognizing discomfort or medical issues and responding appropriately.
• Guide patients through procedures with clear communication, addressing questions and concerns compassionately.
• Respond to physician inquiries regarding patient imaging and care.
• Safeguard patient property and health information in accordance with policies and legal requirements.
• Handle medications responsibly, adhering to company policies and legal standards.
• Maintain professionalism and respect for company property, including financial information and patient portals.
• Exhibit professional behavior, respecting patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
• Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, families, and the public.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
