Job description

Responsibilities

1. Perform a variety of tasks involving the operation of mammographic equipment and other devices, adhering to company policies and protocols.
2. Produce high-quality diagnostic images in a timely manner while providing excellent patient care.
3. Understand and adjust equipment settings such as compression, exposure modes, filter, KvP, Mas, grid selection, focal spot size, AEC, and photo cell to produce optimal images.
4. Monitor patients’ well-being during exams; recognize discomfort or medical issues and take appropriate action.
5. Guide patients through procedures, addressing questions and concerns with kindness and professionalism.
6. Respond to physician inquiries and needs regarding patients.
