When you join us as a Mammography Technologist, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21^st century and align all stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators—to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm with 8-hour shifts. Will float between locations in Anne Arundel County.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving the operation of mammographic equipment and other devices, adhering to established policies and protocols.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images promptly while providing excellent patient care.
• Understand and adjust equipment settings such as compression, exposure modes, filter, KvP, Mas, grid selection, focal spot size, AEC, and photo cell to produce optimal images.
• Monitor patients’ well-being during exams; recognize discomfort or medical issues and respond appropriately.
• Guide patients through procedures, explaining steps and addressing questions and concerns compassionately.
• Respond to physician inquiries and needs regarding patient imaging and care.

Minimum Requirements

• ARRT(R)(M) certification.
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
• BLS certification.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.
