Essential Functions

• Operate mammography equipment and perform related procedures.
• Develop and evaluate films for quality attributes such as density, contrast, definition, and distortion.
• Explain procedures and educate women about the importance of regular mammography for breast health.
• Prepare and maintain records, clean and adjust equipment as needed.
• Follow standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Use experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals.
• Perform various tasks as assigned.
• Work under general supervision.

Minimum Qualifications

• Registered as a Radiologic and Mammography Technologist by the A.R.R.T.
• Current Radiology and Mammography license in the state.
• Valid hands-on CPR certification.

Physical Demands
