Work Location: Katy (Cinco Ranch), Texas

Work Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p, with occasional Saturdays

Requirements:

• Texas Medical Board License - MRT
• Current ARRT in Mammography certification or eligible to take the advanced exam with clinical experience documentation
• Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology
• Continuing Education: MQSA/FDA - 15 CEUs every 3 years, 200 documented case numbers every 2 years
• Experience with diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies is preferred

A Day in the Life:

• Assist Radiologists with mammography exams, including biopsies
• Produce high-quality films for evaluation
• Educate patients about mammography and breast health
• Maintain patient-first focus and excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and staff
• Practice proper mammography positioning and exposure techniques
• Complete documentation and quality control functions
• Maintain privacy and comfort for patients
