Job description

The Mammography Technologist I assists physicians by preparing patients and operating mammographic equipment to obtain diagnostic images.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiography Program, with a 2-year/Associate Degree preferred.
  • At least one year of Mammography experience preferred.
  • Certified and registered by ARRT in Radiography and Mammography (RT(R)(M)), required.
  • Applicable state license required.
  • Certification in Bone Densitometry (RT(R)(M)(BD)) is preferred.
  • Complies with life support training policies.
