Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Mammography Technologist Trainee in New York. You will complete a 40‑hour Mammography Training Course with 8 hours of digital mammography training, plus 8 hours of Tomosynthesis training, to prepare for the ARRT mammography registry.

Upon certification, you will transition to a full‑time radiologic technologist. The role emphasizes patient care, professionalism, and collaboration within Radiology Forward’s team‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current state license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology and ARRT(R) certification.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Willingness to learn Tomosynthesis and other advanced radiology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete required training: 40-hour Mammography Training Course and 8 hours tomosynthesis training (RadNet reimbursements).
• Receive hands‑on training in mammography preparing for ARRT mammography registry.
• Become a full‑time mammography technologist with RadNet after certification.
• Safeguard onsite medications and protect patient information per policy.
