Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Mammography Radiologic Technologist to prepare, review, and maintain regulatory documentation and to actively participate in quality assurance activities. The role requires licensure in Radiography and Mammography with ARRT registration and hospital-based experience.

You will ensure timely submissions, support during inspections, and collaboration with the Clinical Director and LIP to maintain compliance and high standards in imaging quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Massachusetts licenses required: Radiologic Technologist (RT(R) in Radiography) and Mammography (RT(R)(M)).
• Bachelor's degree preferred; QC/QA or regulatory prep skills preferred; experience not a substitute.
• 5-7 years Radiology Tech experience; 2-3 years quality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain records to ensure regulatory readiness and compliance.
• Act as SME on QC testing for mammography equipment and reading workstation monitors.
• Maintain documentation for state inspections, MQSA inspections, and accreditation processes.
• Lead or participate in regulatory visits and quality initiatives; ensure licensure is current.
