Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1-3 years' formal training in Radiologic Technology.
• 5-7 years of progressively more responsible job-related experience.
• Performance of quality control techniques for mammography under ACR/MQSA guidelines.
• ARRT registration.
• Mammography certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and support for Breast Imaging Center staff and communicate goals; manage personnel and coaching.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, and billing data accuracy; maintain high mammography and customer service quality; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Approve policies and procedures; ensure effective communication; provide updates and reports to leadership; identify and implement performance improvements.
• Manage procurement, equipment justification, contract reviews, and inventory control; ensure safety and compliance with hospital rules.
