Job summary

Reading Hospital is seeking a Mammography Services Manager to coordinate clinical and managerial activities within the mammographic suites and satellite areas of the Radiology Department, ensuring quality patient care and efficient operations.

The role involves collaboration with the Operations Manager and Chief of Breast Imaging, maintaining strong relationships with physicians and hospital staff, and upholding regulatory standards across federal, state, and accrediting bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year) required or actively pursuing degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in radiology/mammography environment preferred.
• Familiarity with ACR & MQSA required; ARRT certification and registration preferred; advanced level certification in Mammography.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical and managerial activities within the mammographic suites and satellite areas.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Chief of Breast Imaging and other leadership to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain exemplary working relationships with physicians, staff, departments, Hospital teams and administrators.
• Maximize department efficiency through planning, daily organization, and delegation of assignments.
• Ensure compliance with standards from federal, state, TJC and other regulatory bodies.
• Support hospital mission with state-of-the-art diagnostic technologies and compassionate patient care.
• Manage day-to-day operations, budget development, financial performance and clinical relationships.
