Position Overview

We are seeking a Mammographer to join our growing team. Unlike typical travel roles, this position offers a unique opportunity to work on a state‑of‑the‑art mobile scanner while serving local and diverse communities. This role provides flexibility across different environments while being a part of a stable, full‑time, employee‑centric organization. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with various healthcare facilities and become a key member of our Shared Medical Services ONETEAM.

New to Mammography? We offer paid initial training to help you get started in this rewarding specialty.

Anticipated Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• No weekends or on‑call
• Weekly guarantee of hours

Responsibilities

• Screening mammography at clinics, corporate, and community outreach locations within the Twin Cities metro area
• Team of two mammographers or one mammographer and an assistant working together on a 26' straight truck equivalent mobile mammography unit equipped with Hologic 3D mammography system
• Mammographers and/or assistants drive the mobile unit to the screening locations

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved 2‑year Radiologic Technology program
• Must be registered with ARRT, American Registry of Clinical Radiologic Technologists, or licensed to perform general radiographic procedures
• Prefer 40 hours of training in mammography; willing to train
• Ability to drive or experience driving equivalent to 26' straight truck; willing to train
• Ability to produce quality imaging with limited supervision
• Must be able to interact in a responsible, professional, and ethical manner
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a valid Class D Driver’s License; CDL NOT REQUIRED
• Must have an acceptable driving record
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment background check, urine drug screen, and physical
• Must have critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
