The Hive US seeks a Malt RTD Commercial Sales Manager to lead Brown-Forman's Malt RTD portfolio in Michigan, driving growth through distributors, retailers, and strategic activation.

You will shape market strategies, manage inventory health, monitor performance, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and field teams to maximize distribution and market share. This role requires a data-driven, relationship-focused sales professional with strong negotiation skills and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field required.
• 4–7 years of beverage alcohol, beer, RTD, consumer packaged goods, or related sales experience preferred.
• Experience within the three-tier distribution system.
• Strong distributor management, account development, and commercial execution.
• Experience analyzing sales, depletion, and inventory data to drive decisions.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market growth plans for Malt RTD portfolio in Michigan.
• Drive depletion growth, distribution gains, and retail execution objectives.
• Identify opportunities to expand market share through new accounts and promotions.
• Monitor category trends and competitor activity to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align local initiatives with national objectives.
• Manage distributor relationships and protect inventory health.
• Execute pricing and promotional strategies to support objectives.
• Coordinate with sales reps for market execution and account calls.
• Provide actionable market insights and performance reporting.
