Qualifications

• Background as attorney, nurse, or other qualified nursing professional with demonstrated experience reviewing and analyzing medical records.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Screen prospective client inquiries and conduct detailed new-client intakes.
• Review and analyze medical records and other electronic documentation.
• Identify significant medical, factual, and legal issues relevant to potential claims.
• Evaluate potential medical malpractice cases and assist with case intake and assessment.
• Research medical topics and synthesize complex information into clear, concise findings.
• Communicate with prospective and existing clients throughout the case evaluation process.
• Collaborate with attorneys and medical experts to evaluate potential claims.
• Manage multiple matters, competing priorities, and large volumes of electronic records.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential case documentation.
