Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• License requirements may vary by state/local laws.
• A driving position requires a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by following site procedures and emergency guidelines.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document details for site contacts and local responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and exterior perimeter.
• Monitor entrances and high-traffic areas to support loss prevention and report hazards.
• Assist with crowd management and customer questions during busy periods and events.
