Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a full-time Security Guard in Miami, FL. You will provide customer service, patrol duties, and access control to deter incidents and keep tenants, shoppers, and employees safe.

This driving post combines security with service, requiring a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 20 pounds, and a commitment to safety. Shift schedule includes mornings across Mon-Sun, at $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Requires customer service experience or ability to deliver quality service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees.
• Requires a valid driver’s license in the state of Florida.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of mall interior, exterior, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or hazards.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report to leadership and site management.
• Prepare activity logs and incident reports and communicate information to leadership.
