Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mall staff including security, maintenance, and customer service teams.
• Monitor mall premises to maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns and facilitating communication between tenants and mall management.
• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, including security checks and facility inspections.
• Manage incident reports, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with local authorities when necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of the mall to identify maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events and seasonal activities to enhance shopper engagement.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, staff schedules, and inventory records.
