Job summary

Cafaro Company in Paducah, KY is seeking a full-time assistant to support daily operations of Kentucky Oaks Mall. The role emphasizes attention to detail, initiative, and reliable problem solving in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will assist the Management Team with admin tasks, process accounts payable, manage filing, timekeeping, mail, and scheduling. The position offers benefits and a collaborative team atmosphere at Cafaro.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent typing, proofreading, and grammatical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Energetic and proactive work ethic.
• Professional customer-service orientation.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with the Compare and Redline features in Microsoft Word is a plus.
• Strong data entry skills and 10-Key data entry.
• Thorough understanding of the Internet and databases as research tools.
• Experience with JD Edwards or ERP Systems is a plus.
