Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support three small apartment communities in Winslow, Indiana. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment and building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry tasks.

Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, keeping accurate records, ordering and stocking supplies, and responding quickly to emergency maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance or related field experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Technical degree or certification is a plus.

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment and systems. Responsibilities include conducting routine maintenance on building systems, repairing plumbing and electrical issues, performing HVAC maintenance and repairs, and completing general carpentry tasks.

The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for keeping accurate maintenance records, ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies, and responding to emergency maintenance requests. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field, and a valid driver's license. A technical degree or certification is a plus. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively is essential.
