Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar work experience.
• Proficiency in changing ballasts and light bulbs.
• Skilled in patching, sanding and painting.
• Familiar with hand tools and general maintenance tasks.
• Comfortable working in a mall environment and walking the facility.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain plumbing fixtures.
• Clear drains with plunger and hand-held auger.
• General labor and material handling.
• HVAC registers and radiators maintenance.
• Minor repairs of furniture.
• Maintain and replace door hardware.
• Replace venetian blinds.
• Maintenance painting in mechanical/electrical rooms.
• Touch up painting in common areas and tenant spaces.
• General cleaning in mechanical spaces and exterior entry spaces.
• Replace lamps and light fixtures.
• Replace ceiling tiles and floor tiles.
• Replace air filters.
• Hanging framed objects not requiring power tools.
