Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3–5 years of supervisory experience, and basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical School certifications and/or training preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate with management.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot maintenance problems and estimate action plan.
• Inspect plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems and safety equipment.
• Perform roof inspections and debris clearance.
• Maintain weekly housekeeping supply inventories.
• Supervise Maintenance Workers and assign tasks.
• Coordinate and execute work orders with vendors and tenants.
• Maintain tools/equipment inventory and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with mall management safety standards.
