Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center in Florida is seeking an APN/PA-C-IPOP to provide high-level patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings within Malignant Hematology & Solid Tumors. You will collaborate with physicians, coordinate care with specialists, and contribute to cutting-edge cancer treatment within a premier academic medical environment.

The ideal candidate has RN or PA credentials, Florida licensure, and strong oncology experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree at minimum; master's degree preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Advanced Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant program.
• Active FL medical license and national certification.
• Active BLS and ACLS.
• Experience in oncology or internal medicine; oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluates and manages a broad spectrum of medical conditions.
• Formulates treatment plans within scope of practice.
• May perform minor procedures within scope of practice.
• Prescribes medications within scope of practice.
• Document patient care per medical staff rules.
