Passages Malibu in Malibu, California seeks a Resident Support Technician to be the primary contact for residents, ensuring safety and compliance with the program. This in-person role offers healthcare experience within a leading addiction treatment program.

Current shift is 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM; must work at least one weekend day. Duties include intake assistance, monitoring detox, searches, and enforcing facility rules.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associates or Bachelors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in intake, handles calls, room changes, and passes.
• Assists residents with daily schedules and activities.
• Monitors resident detoxification per assigned intervals.
• Conducts bag searches, random searches, and collects urine drug screens as directed.
• Ensures resident compliance with facility rules and guidelines.
